Learning Activities. While our proposals always include a detailed description of methods, staff members, and deliverables, which we confirm during project kickoff meetings, we may also review these with the customer after the Learn Phase in the event we see opportunities to reduce the budget, deliver earlier, etc. For example, we may update the schedules, revise our proposed approach, revise the stakeholder communications plan, or identify additional staff with specific skills or content expertise that may be relevant for the project. We carefully review and obtain customer approval for any such change prior to executing them. Reacting to the insights acquired during the Learn Phase helps ensure WRMA meets or surpasses customer expectations and that project benefits are realized.
