Common use of LEASE ACCEPTANCE Clause in Contracts

LEASE ACCEPTANCE. Lessee hereby acknowledges that the Equipment described in Section 1 of the Schedule, if any, or if different, the Equipment described in the attached invoice or other attachment hereto, in either case having an aggregate Total Cost of $149,561.10, has been delivered to the Equipment Location specified below, inspected by Lessee and found to be in good operating order and condition, and has been unconditionally and irrevocably accepted by Lessee under the Lease evidenced by the Master Agreement and the Schedule as of the Acceptance Date set forth below.
