Common use of Lease Binding Clause in Contracts

Lease Binding. All covenants in this Lease which are binding upon Tenant shall be construed to be equally applicable to and binding upon Tenant's agents, employees and others claiming the right to be in the Premises or in the Building through or under Tenant. If more than one individual, firm or corporation shall join as Tenant, the singular context shall be construed to be plural wherever necessary, and the covenants of Tenant shall be the joint and several obligations of each party signing as Tenant; and, when the parties signing as Tenant are partners, it shall be the joint and several obligations of the firm and of the individual members thereof.
