LEASE COMMENCEMENT/ACCEPTANCE OF PREMISES. At Landlord’s request, Landlord and Tenant shall enter into a commencement letter agreement (the “Commencement Letter”) in form substantially similar to that attached hereto as Exhibit C. Tenant’s failure to execute and return the Commencement Letter, or to provide written objection to the statements contained in the Commencement Letter, within fifteen (15) days shall be deemed an approval by Tenant of the statements contained therein.
