LEASE CONTAINS ALL AGREEMENTS. It is expressly understood and agreed by and between the parties hereto that this lease and the riders attached hereto and forming a part hereof set forth all the promises, agreements, conditions and understandings between Lessor or his Agent and Lessee relative to the demised premises, and that there are no promises, agreements, conditions or understandings, either oral or written, between them other than herein set forth. It is further understood and agreed that, except as herein otherwise provided, no subsequent alteration, amendment, change or addition to this lease shall be binding upon Lessor or Lessee unless reduced to writing and signed by them.
