LEASE ENTIRE AGREEMENT. The Lease shall constitute a binding agreement between the Lessee and the Lessor. The Lessee acknowledges that there are have been no representations made by the Lessor which are not set out in thisthis Lease. The Lessee further acknowledges that this Lease constitutes the entire agreement between the Lessor and the Lessee and acknowledges that this Lease may not be modified except as herein explicitly provided and/or by agreement in writing duly signed by the Lessor and the Lessee.
