The lot is situated upon the Faribault Municipal Airport, an airport owned by the City. The lot is leased together with land and any improvements that may have been placed on it. This lease is for lot (hereinafter referred to as “lot” or “premises”).

Lease of airport property. The tenant leases from the City private hangar lots, as described on a map located at the Public Works Director’s office. The lot is situated upon the Faribault Municipal Airport (the "Airport"), an airport owned by the City. The lot is leased together with land and any improvements that may have been placed on it, all in compliance with the approved site plan as attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference (the "Site Plan"). This lease is for lot number 1010 (hereinafter collectively referred to as "lot" or "premises"). Tenant acknowledges that common areas of the Airport outside of the premises are being leased by the tenant as depicted on the Site Plan and that tenant only retains a non-exclusive right to utilize such common areas of the Airport outside of the defined premises, subject to the sole discretion of the City.
