Common use of Lease of Leased Facility Clause in Contracts

Lease of Leased Facility. Subject to Section 5.1, Lessor agrees to lease to Lessee, and Lessee agrees to lease from Lessor, the Leased Facility subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Facility Lease, for the Base Term and, subject to Lessee's exercise of its renewal options in accordance with Article 14, the Renewal Terms.

Lease of Leased Facility.
