Lease of Storage Space. Landlord hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from Landlord the use of a portion of the Storage Area as designated by Landlord or its agent(s) from time to time (such portion being hereinafter referred to as the “Premises”) which shall be of sufficient size to provide for the parking and storage space for the item hereinafter identified.
Lease of Storage Space. Effective on the Commencement Date applicable to Suite 190 for the remainder of the Lease Tenn, Tenant does hereby lease Storage Room 9 on the third floor of the Building (the "Storage Room"). Landlord's obligations under the Lease shall not apply to the Storage Room and the Storage Room is delivered and accepted by Tenant in "as is," "where is" condition and Landlord makes no representations or warranties with respect thereto. Tenant shall assume all maintenance, up keep and regulatory requirements related thereto (including permitting and inspections of the dumb waiter) at Tenant's sole cost and expense. (c) Section 2.01 is hereby amended and restated as follows: Section 2.01.
Lease of Storage Space. Subject to the conditions herein, Boyne Boat Yard, Inc (BBY) agrees to lease to the above Tenant, and the Tenant agrees to lease from BBY, Winter Storage “in or on” the facilities for the period from September 1st through June 15th of the following year. Note: All Harborage Outside Storage boats must be prepared for launch by May 17th. Square footage is based on beam multiplied by L.O.A. (Length Over All), which includes transom overhang, swim platforms, trim tabs, rudders, davits, outdrives, outboards, push pits, pulpits, and trailer tongues. All boats will be measured at time of haul out, any discrepancies will be added to or subtracted from the LOA and/or the Beam, and the final storage invoice will be adjusted accordingly. Tenant hereby represents and warrants that Tenant is the sole owner of the boat subject to this Agreement. Any other individual(s) and/or entity(ies) with any ownership interest in boat MUST sign this Agreement. Accordingly, Xxxxxx agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BBY against and from any legal claims by third-party(ies) having ownership interest in the boat and not signatories to this Agreement.
