Lease Rider Agreement Term. This Lease Rider Agreement becomes effective on the date the TCAC Regulatory Agreement is recorded and remains in effect for at least the term of the Regulatory Agreement. Upon the expiration or sooner termination of the TCAC Regulatory Agreement, this Lease Rider Agreement shall terminate and be of no further force or effect.
