Common use of Leased Premises; Lease Term Clause in Contracts

Leased Premises; Lease Term. Upon and subject to the agreements, terms, covenants and conditions hereinafter set forth, Landlord hereby leases to Tenant, and Tenant hereby rents and leases from Landlord, the Real Estate, together with any and all buildings, fixtures, structures and other improvements located thereon (collectively with the Real Estate, the "Leased Premises"), subject to existing restrictions, covenants, easements, rights and encumbrances of record.
