Leasehold Consents. The Sellers shall have obtained and delivered to Purchaser the Required Consents no later than five (5) Business Days prior to the Closing.
Leasehold Consents. All of the consents and approvals specified in Section 7.2.9 of the Company Disclosure Schedule shall have been obtained, except for such consents which, if not so obtained, would, upon the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, not reasonably be expected to have a Company Material Adverse Effect.
Leasehold Consents. The Company agrees to utilize its commercially reasonable efforts to assist Acquiror in obtaining leasehold consents with respect to any Company Real Property identified on Schedule 2.16 as requiring the same for Acquiror’s continued use of such Real Property subsequent to the Effective Time.
