Company Real Property definition

Company Real Property means the Company Owned Real Property and the Company Leased Real Property.

Company Real Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.14(a).

Company Real Property means all real property owned by the Company or its Subsidiaries or used for the conduct of the business of the Company or its Subsidiaries as it is presently conducted.

• The Company has not granted any third party any license, possessory or occupancy right or other similar right in any Company Real Property other than Permitted Encumbrances, except as has not had and would not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Company Material Adverse Effect.

• A complete and correct list of the Company Real Property is provided in Section 5.11 of the SpinCo Disclosure Schedule.

• The Company Real Property Leases are valid, binding and enforceable in accordance with their terms and are in full force and effect.

Company Real Property any real property and improvements at any time owned, leased, used, operated, or occupied (whether for storage, disposal, or otherwise) by the Company.
