Landlord Consents has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(e).

Landlord Consents means all consents from all landlords that are necessary to effect the complete transfer to the Acquirer(s) of the assets required to be divested pursuant to this Order.

Landlord Consents means, as applicable, all consents or waivers required from the Landlord or other third parties under the Required Consent Leases to assign the Required Consent Leases to a member of the SpinCo Group or a member of the Parent Group, as applicable, or to sublease the Sublease Properties to a member of the SpinCo Group or a member of the Parent Group, as applicable.

Landlord Consents means (i) a waiver and consent from each landlord with respect to all Facility Leased Properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and (ii) all other landlord consents that the Agent or the Required Lenders may reasonably require of the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries from time to time in respect of amendments, modifications or renewals of the leases referred to in clause (i) above or in respect of any other leases to which the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries is now or hereafter a party, in each case in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent, together with any amendments, modifications and supplements thereto and restatements thereof, in whole or in part.

Landlord Consents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a)(v) hereof.

Landlord Consents means the consent of each owner or sublessor, as required by Agent expressly consenting to the Mortgages and the filing of a memorandum of leases in the appropriate real estate recording office with respect to the Mortgages.
