Common use of Leasehold Mortgagee’s Right to Enter Arena Clause in Contracts

Leasehold Mortgagee’s Right to Enter Arena. The City and OVG authorize each Leasehold Mortgagee to enter the Arena and the Premises as necessary to effect Mortgagee’s Cure and take any action(s) reasonably necessary to effect Mortgagee’s Cure without such action, in itself, being deemed to give Leasehold Mortgagee possession of the Arena or the Premises.
