Operations Support. As required by this Agreement, the PJM Tariff, the Operating Agreement, the PJM Manuals, or as otherwise reasonably requested by PJM, each Party will provide to PJM necessary data, information and related technical support consistent with enabling PJM to monitor and analyze system conditions so that PJM may affirmatively determine that PJM is in compliance with NERC standards.
Operations Support. A. BION will provide on-site operational support services during the Initial Start-up phase and Long-term operation of each Bion NMS, as long as this agreement is in effect. Bion will assist CSF in defining the environmental standards to which systems will perform and in interfacing with regulatory inquiries.
B. BION will prepare an O&M Manual for CSF to keep at each facility and refer to for specific operational information.
C. Following start-up, BION will provide an on-site technical support staff during the ongoing operation of the systems to insure that the biological processes are being managed correctly and that the systems are operating as designed. Each Bion NMS will be visited on a regularly scheduled basis, with supplemental visits on an as-needed basis. BION will perform biological evaluations of the systems and the system's components and make necessary process measurements and adjustments to ensure biodynamic stability.
D. BION will inspect and recommend to CSF any additional maintenance of all mechanical and electrical components of the system to insure proper operational control. Hydraulic flow through the system and appropriate operating levels will be maintained or adjusted as required for appropriate system functioning.
E. Bio-solids development and deposition will be monitored by Bion to assist CSF in the development of a high quality bio-solids product for harvest.
F. BION will monitor water quality throughout the systems to ensure nutrient control and reduction performance consistent with disposal and reuse.
G. This Agreement does not cover the specific responsibilities of the PARTIES regarding bio-solids harvesting, which items shall be specified at a later date. ATTACHMENT B STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS --------------------------------
Operations Support. After launch, support will be provided to the foreign signatories on the operations of the F-7/C-2 constellation related to science direction and advice on the operations of the payloads. Support will be provided on payload configuration, commanding, state of health and science data monitoring, data analysis, and software uploads. NSPO will also receive periodic interface control documentation updates and flight software updates for upload to the spacecraft.

The square footage, seating capacity, suite, loge box and opera box quantities and linear dimension projections identified in the Program are based on the assumptions described within this report. These numbers are approximate and may change during the design process as the information and assumptions are refined.

Subject to the Bylaws and policies of the Foundation, operations of the Foundation under this Agreement shall be integrated with the District operations, and shall be under the general supervision of the District officials. Such supervision shall be provided without cost to the Foundation. Operations Support a. Vendor will perform the following console activities, utilizing automation where appropriate, during the Service Hours:
(1) console monitoring and message filtration;
(2) system and application restart and recovery; and
(3) automated problem reporting and paging.
b. ACI will:
(1) be consulted when any restore procedure needs to be performed;
(2) in those Locations where there is no Vendor staff on-site, assist Vendor, using ACI personnel, with server restarts, as reasonably requested (e.g., [ * ]). At no time will Vendor restart an application, service or device without a procedure defined or assistance or approval from ACI to perform such restart; and

Operations Support. Licensor will continue to provide diagnostic support for facility modality connectivity trouble shooting with a 30 minute response time over the phone from 8-5 CST. All other diagnostic support will be 24x7over the phone. In addition, Licensor will provide to Licensee in a timely manner all data and/or functionality reasonably necessary to permit uninterrupted functioning of the Synapse Software in a manner reasonably consistent with Licensee’s business operations. Licensee agrees that any changes or modifications to Licensee’s infrastructure that could impact Synapse Software will be communicated in advance to Licensor to the extent commercially reasonable so that support for problems encountered during those Licensee changes can be prepared.
Operations Support. Supplier will provide, *, the resources needed to support ongoing operations of the Gap workstation environment working with * teams. This includes hands-on support in Campus and distribution centers locations supported by Supplier and remote support for other locations. These resources will be responsible for:
(a) Assisting Gap resources in production problem resolution associated with * problems.
(b) Working with other Gap teams to mitigate or respond to a situation that compromises Gap’s workstation environment (e.g., virus or worm outbreak).
