Leave – Employee Personal Litigation. In no case shall temporary duty leave with pay be granted for court attendance when an employee is engaged in personal litigation; however, employees who have accrued vacation may be granted vacation leave or use personal leave as described in Article 10(B) in such cases, with prior approval of their supervisor.
