County Obligations Tenant specifically acknowledges and agrees that County, and County Parties do not and shall not have any obligations with respect to the maintenance, alteration, improvement, demolition, replacement, addition or repair of any Improvements.
Professional Obligations An employee's professional obligation comprises both scheduled and non-scheduled activities. It is a part of the professional responsibility of employees to carry out their duties in an appropriate manner and place. For example, while instructional activities, office hours, student advising, and certain other duties and responsibilities, may be required to be performed at a specific time and place, other non-scheduled activities are more appropriately performed in a manner and place determined by the employee in consultation with his/her supervisor.
Limited Obligations This Agreement does not create any obligation of the Securities Intermediary except for those expressly set forth in this Agreement. The Securities Intermediary may conclusively rely and shall be fully protected in acting or refraining from acting upon notices and communications it believes to be genuine and given by the appropriate party. Except for permitting a withdrawal, delivery or payment in violation of Article III, the Securities Intermediary shall not be liable to the Secured Party or the Issuer for any error of judgment made in good faith and in accordance with this Agreement, nor shall it otherwise be liable under this Agreement except as a result of its own willful misconduct, bad faith or negligence.
City Obligations 26.1 City shall provide full information in a timely manner regarding requirements for and limitations on projects and work tasks. With regard to subcontractor liens, City shall furnish to Engineer, within fifteen (15) days after receipt of a written request, information necessary and relevant for Engineer to evaluate, give notice of, or enforce lien.

Obligations of the Contractor (i) Subject to and on the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Contractor shall undertake the survey, investigation, design, engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance of the Project Highway and observe, fulfil, comply with and perform all its obligations set out in this Agreement or arising hereunder.
Cooperation obligations The Parties undertake to cooperate to allow the timely submission, examination, publication and defence of any dissertation or thesis for a degree which includes their Results or Background subject to the confidentiality and publication provisions agreed in this Consortium Agreement.
