Leave for Contract Negotiations. The following principles will be followed when members of the bargaining committee of the Association leave work for the purpose of direct collective bargaining with the Employer: a) When the division strength is reduced below the established minimum xxxxxxx, the Association will supply the required manpower to bring the xxxxxxx up to the required standard without cost to the Employer. b) When the division strength is in excess of the established minimum xxxxxxx, members of the Association’s bargaining committee will be allowed time off without loss of pay or necessary relief.
