Leave for Contract Negotiations. 1. Leave of absence with pay shall be granted to two (2) members of the Union to conduct negotiations held during instructional hours. Such leave will be in full day or one-half (1/2) day increments and will reflect the mutually agreed upon negotiation schedule. 2. Up to three (3) additional representatives, as determined by the Union, shall be released with pay for negotiating sessions held during instructional hours, and the Employer shall bill the Union for the costs of the Teacher on Call.
