Leave for Shift Workers. It is recognized that certain full-time indeterminate employees whose hours of work are regularly scheduled on a shift basis in accordance with
Leave for Shift Workers. Employees with one (1) or more years’ service whose shifts are subject to frequent change will be granted five (5) days unconditional leave of absence without pay per year. Such leave will not be used in conjunction with annual leave as in Article 21 or in conjunction with statutory holidays. Application must be made in writing at least three working days prior to the starting time of such leave.
