Leave to Work for the Union. The Employer shall grant leave of absence without pay or benefits of not less than one (1) month and not more than one (1) year, on written request by the local Union of not less than thirty (30) days in advance to the Employer. However, seniority shall accumulate. No more than one employee shall be entitled to leave under this section at any one time.
