LEAVES FOR MEETINGS. The Union shall have the right to send two representa- tives to legislative committee hearings, State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) meetings or Federation regional or statewide meetings/conferences. The Federation agrees to pay for the cost of a substitute that may be necessary, in the judgment of the appropriate administrator, to fulfill the representatives’ assignments during the indi- viduals’ absence. Travel and related expenses shall be borne by the Union.
