Leaves of Absence – No Break in Service. ‌ No absence under any paid leave provisions of this Memorandum shall be considered as a break in service for any employee who is in paid status during each absence. All benefits which, under the provisions of the Memorandum, accrue to employees who are in paid status shall continue to accrue during an absence under the paid leave provisions.
