Common use of Legal and Administration Costs Clause in Contracts

Legal and Administration Costs. The Tenant shall indemnify the Landlord against all legal fees on a solicitor and client or substantial indemnity basis and disbursements incurred by the Landlord or by the Landlord’s Agent in connection with the negotiation, preparation and execution of any amendment, assignment, cancellation, approval or consent requested by the Tenant in connection with this Lease, including the Landlord’s reasonable administration charges. All such costs and charges shall be paid by the Tenant to the Landlord forthwith upon demand.
