Common use of Legal and Policy Compliance Clause in Contracts

Legal and Policy Compliance. Charter School shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and District policy as it relates to charter schools, as they may be amended from time to time. Charter School shall comply with all applicable federal and state reporting requirements, including but not limited to the requirements of CBEDS, CALPADS, the Public Schools Accountability Act of 1999, and Education Code section 47604.33. Charter School shall comply with the Xxxxx Act and the Public Records Act. All employees and representatives of Charter School, including members of Charter School’s governing board, members of Charter School or governing board committees or councils, Charter School administrators, and managers, shall comply with federal and state laws, nonprofit integrity standards, and LAUSD’s charter school policies, regarding ethics and conflicts of interest.
