Common use of Legal Expenses Clause in Contracts

Legal Expenses. RESIDENT shall pay all costs, expenses, and attorneys’ fees, which shall be incurred or expended by Owner or MANAGEMENT due to RESIDENT’S breach of the covenants and agreements of this LEASE. In the event MANAGEMENT proceeds with court action due to RESIDENT’S breach of the covenants and agreements of this LEASE, a one hundred twenty five dollars ($125.00) filing fee will be paid by resident.
