Legal Hold. To the extent Employee has received a Preservation Notice/Legal Hold from the Legal Department, Employee shall take all necessary steps to preserve information related in any way to the Preservation Notice/Legal Hold in its original format and location and will not modify, delete or destroy such information. Employee will notify the Legal Department of the nature and location of any and all such information.
