Ability to Abandon CVR A Holder may at any time, at such Holder’s option, abandon all of such Holder’s remaining rights in a CVR by transferring such CVR to Parent without consideration therefor. ELIGIBILITY TO BID 2.1 The bidder must be 18 years old and above, sound mind and not declared as bankrupt.

Payment for Material Completion The Contractor may request payment of the remaining contract balance, including retainage, less amounts credited the Owner or incurred as liquidated damages, and less amounts withheld for the Punchlist by reason of Minor Items or Permitted Incomplete Work (See Paragraph 6.5.3.2). Performance on Business Days In the event the date on which performance or payment of any obligation of a party required hereunder is other than a Business Day, the time for payment or performance shall automatically be extended to the first Business Day following such date.
Ability to Bear Risk The Purchaser represents and warrants that (i) the financial situation of the Purchaser is such that the Purchaser can afford to bear the economic risk of holding the Shares for an indefinite period and (ii) the Purchaser can afford to suffer the complete loss of the Purchaser's investment in the Shares.
