A line may be bid by a pilot who is currently qualified for the position to which 29 he is assigned on the date the bids are due and who is anticipated to be 30 available to fly at least fifty percent (50%) of the month. A pilot who has 31 vacation for more than fifty percent (50%) of a month will not be disqualified 32 from bidding a line solely because he has vacation.
