The Shxw’ōwhámel First Nation represents and warrants to the Province, with the intent and understanding that they will be relied on by the Province in entering into this Agreement, that it enters into this Agreement for, and on behalf of itself and its members and that as represented by its Chief and Council, it has the legal power, capacity and authority to enter into and to carry out its obligations under this Agreement.
