Often, relatively simple matters may require one phone call or one email exchange. However, more complex matters that require a deeper level of involvement will require regular reporting. In such instances, and particularly in litigated matters, it is imperative that we are informed, in a timely manner, of emerging facts, shifting emphasis, and other significant developments that impact case evaluation.
