LEGAL SERVICES REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. Communication is an essential element of our strategic partnership. Not all matters assigned pursuant to this Contract will require the same level of reporting. Often, relatively simple matters may require one phone call or one email exchange. However, more complex matters that require a deeper level of involvement will require regular reporting. In such instances, and particularly in litigated matters, it is imperative that we are informed, in a timely manner, of emerging facts, shifting emphasis, and other significant developments that impact case evaluation. Communication should always be with the Citizens Legal Management Team, unless the Citizens Legal Management Team has authorized direct communication with another Citizens employee or designee.‌
