LEGAL SERVICES REPORTING REQUIREMENTS. Communication is an essential element of Citizens’ strategic partnership. It is imperative that Citizens is informed, in a timely manner, of emerging facts, shifting emphasis and other significant developments that impact case evaluation. Therefore, there are five (5) required reports Citizens expects in each case. In partnership with our Defense Counsel, Citizens requires that each case be proactively handled to its final resolution.
