Common use of LEGISLATIVE CHECK-OFF Clause in Contracts

LEGISLATIVE CHECK-OFF. During the term of this MOU, a payroll deduction will be established by the Association for the purpose of allowing employees in this unit to contribute towards the Association's federal legislative activities. Said contributions shall be deducted by the Controller from twenty-four (24) biweekly payroll checks of each employee in this unit who voluntarily consents to said contribution by submitting a payroll deduction card signed by the individual employee.
