Legitimate Picket Line. It is agreed that, in the event of a strike by Unifor members or members of another Union which results in their picketing of any of the Arts Club Theatre locations or venues where Unifor members employed by the Arts Club are scheduled to work, employees shall not be subject to discipline for refusing to cross a legal picket line.

Legitimate Picket Line. It shall not be a violation of this Agreement and it shall not be cause for discharge or disciplinary action in the event an employee refuses to enter upon any property involved in a legitimate labor dispute or refuses to go through or work behind any picket line, including the picket line of the Union party to this Agreement and including picket lines at the Employer’s place or places of business. Furthermore, an employee may refuse to cross any picket line when he fears the bodily harm may be done to him.
Legitimate Picket Line. It is agreed that, in the event of a strike by CAW members or members of another Union which results in their picketing of any of the Arts Club Theatre locations or venues where CAW members employed by the Arts Club are scheduled to work, employees shall not be subject to discipline for refusing to cross a legal picket line.
Legitimate Picket Line. An employee shall not be disciplined for honouring a legitimate picket line.

  • Crossing Picket Lines The Company will not expect an employee to cross a picket line, including a picket line at a customer site, if to do so would place the employee's life, limb or personal property in jeopardy.

The Agency agrees that during the life of this Agreement there will be no lockout. Upon notification confirmed in writing by the Employer to the Union that certain bargaining unit members covered by this Agreement are engaging in strike activity in violation of this Article, the Union shall advise such striking employees in writing, with a copy to the Department of Administrative Services, to return to work immediately. Such notification by the Union shall not constitute an admission that it has caused or counseled such strike activity.

  • Critical Infrastructure Subcontracts For purposes of this Paragraph, the designated countries are China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and any countries lawfully designated by the Governor as a threat to critical infrastructure.
