Legitimate Union Activities. Neither the Court nor the Union shall discriminate against any employee because of that employee's legitimate union activities. Neither the Court nor the Union shall interfere with, intimidate, restrain, coerce or discriminate against any employee because of the exercise of any rights protected by Government Code section 71635.1.
