Common use of Lender Discretion Clause in Contracts

Lender Discretion. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, in the event the holder of any indebtedness secured by a mortgage or deed of trust covering the Premises requires that the insurance proceeds from insurance held by Landlord be applied to such indebtedness, then Landlord shall have the right to deliver written notice to Tenant terminating this Lease.
