Lender Expenses. Borrower shall reimburse PFG for all Lender Expenses. All Lender Expenses to which PFG may be entitled pursuant to this Paragraph shall immediately become part of Borrower’s Obligations, shall be due on demand, and if not paid within two (2) Business Days after demand, shall bear interest at a rate equal to the highest interest rate applicable to any of the Obligations.
