Lender Transfers, Assignments and Participations. Each Lender may transfer by novation all or any of its rights and obligations under the Finance Documents or assign all or any such rights or sell participations in its portion of the Loan or grant security over its rights under the Finance Documents to one or more other Persons in accordance with this Clause 13.11 (Lender Transfers, Assignments and Participations).
