Common use of Lender’s Discretion Clause in Contracts

Lender’s Discretion. Whenever the terms "satisfactory to," "determined by," "acceptable to," "shall elect," "shall request," or similar terms are used in this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents to apply to Lender, except as otherwise specifically provided herein or therein, such terms shall mean satisfactory to, at the election of, determined by, acceptable to, or requested by, Lender, in its sole, but reasonable, discretion.
