Common use of Lenders’ Obligations Clause in Contracts

Lenders’ Obligations. (a) The obligations of the Lenders hereunder are several and not joint. (b) Save as otherwise specifically provided herein, each Lender shall participate in each Advance (other than, for certainty, any Swing Line Advance) referred to in the applicable provisions of Section 2.3 in accordance with its Main Facility Rateable Portion. (c) The failure of any Lender to make available its share of any Advance required to be made by it under this Agreement shall not relieve any other Lender of its obligation to make available its share of any Advance required to be made under this Agreement.
