Common use of Lenders’ Response to Extension Request Clause in Contracts

Lenders’ Response to Extension Request. If a Lender, in its individual and sole discretion, agrees to the extension requested by the Borrower, it shall give notice to the Agent (a “Notice of Extension”) (revocable only in the case mentioned in Clause 3.5) no later than 10 Business Days after the applicable Extension Request for Facility A. If a Lender does not give such Notice of Extension by such date, then that Lender shall be deemed to have refused that extension.
