Lender’s Right To Use Trade Name. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Loan Agreement, Borrower agrees that Lender will have an irrevocable license, coupled with an interest and for which consideration has been paid and received, to use and disseminate existing brochures, pamphlets, and other marketing materials relating to any of the Mortgaged Property, notwithstanding that they may include the names “SIR” and “Steadfast” and/or associated trademark rights and trade names relating to any of the Mortgaged Property for a period not to exceed 120 days after the date Lender acquires the Mortgaged Property by foreclosure or deed-in-lieu of foreclosure. B. Section (xv) of the definition of “Mortgaged Property” in Article XII is modified to read as follows:
