Common use of LESSEE ACCEPTANCE OF AIRCRAFT Clause in Contracts

LESSEE ACCEPTANCE OF AIRCRAFT. If LESSEE fails to (a) comply with the conditions contained in Articles 7.1 and 7.2 so as to allow Delivery to take place immediately following redelivery of the Aircraft by Prior Lessee to LESSOR or (b) take delivery of the Aircraft when properly tendered for delivery by LESSOR in the condition required hereunder, LESSEE will indemnify LESSOR for all costs and expenses incurred by LESSOR as a result thereof.

LESSEE ACCEPTANCE OF AIRCRAFT. If LESSEE fails to (a) comply with the conditions contained in Articles 7.1 and 7.2 7.3 so as to allow Delivery to take place immediately following redelivery delivery of the Aircraft by Prior Lessee Manufacturer to LESSOR or (b) take delivery of the Aircraft when properly tendered for delivery by LESSOR in the condition required hereunder, LESSEE will indemnify LESSOR for all reasonable and documented costs and expenses incurred by LESSOR as a direct result thereofthereof including (but without limitation) any payments other than the purchase price which LESSOR becomes obliged to make to Manufacturer.

LESSEE ACCEPTANCE OF AIRCRAFT. If LESSEE Lessee fails to (a) comply with the conditions contained in Articles 7.1 6.1 and 7.2 so 6.2 and, as to allow a result thereof, Delivery under this Lease cannot take place, or if Lessee fails to take place immediately following redelivery of the Aircraft by Prior Lessee to LESSOR or (b) take delivery Delivery of the Aircraft when properly tendered for delivery Delivery by LESSOR Lessor in accordance with the condition required hereunderterms and conditions set out herein, LESSEE Lessee will indemnify LESSOR for Lessor and hold Lessor harmless from all costs costs, expenses and expenses damages enumerated or otherwise described in Article 23.3 which are incurred by LESSOR Lessor as a direct result thereof.

If LESSEE fails to (a) comply with the conditions contained in Articles 7.1 and 7.2 7.3 so as to allow Delivery to take place immediately following redelivery delivery of the Aircraft by Prior Lessee Manufacturer to LESSOR or (b) take delivery of the Aircraft when properly tendered for delivery by LESSOR in the condition required hereunder, LESSEE will indemnify LESSOR for all costs and expenses incurred by LESSOR as a result thereofthereof including (but without limitation) any payments other than the purchase price which LESSOR becomes obliged to make to Manufacturer.
