POST-DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS. 7.3.1 Promptly after Delivery, LESSEE will do each of the following:
(a) provide LESSOR with copies of all Aviation Documents not previously delivered; and
(b) provide LESSOR with a follow-up opinion of counsel advising that the Aircraft has been registered in the State of Registration and that all necessary filings have been made.
POST-DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS. 7.3.1 Within [REDACTED: Item 2] after Delivery (or such other timeframe noted below), if not previously provided or accomplished, LESSEE will do each of the following:
(a) procure registration of the Aircraft in the register of aircraft of the State of Registration showing Owner as the owner of the Aircraft and provide evidence of the same to LESSOR;
(b) LESSEE will request the continuing certificate of registration in respect of the Aircraft, and prior to the first revenue service following Delivery will provide LESSOR with the continuing certificate of registration in respect of the Aircraft;
(c) within [REDACTED: Item 2] after Delivery, provide LESSOR with a certified copy of the IDERA, duly endorsed by TCCA;
(d) prior to the first revenue service following Delivery, provide LESSOR with a copy of the continuing certificate of airworthiness in respect of the Aircraft;
(e) take any steps then requested by LESSOR to register, protect and perfect the respective interests of LESSOR and any other Relevant Party in the Aircraft and the Operative Documents in accordance with Article 14.2, and provide evidence of same to LESSOR;
(f) provide LESSOR with copies of all Aviation Documents not previously delivered;
(g) if the Aircraft could not be registered at Delivery, provide LESSOR with a follow up opinion of counsel advising that the Aircraft has been registered in the State of Registration and that all necessary and advisable filings have been made;
(h) if not available or provided before Delivery (but in any event prior to the first revenue service following Delivery), LESSEE will provide LESSOR with a copy of the Maintenance Program demonstrating its applicability to the Aircraft and the approval thereof by the Aviation Authority and in any event prior to the first revenue flight of the Aircraft; and
(i) provide LESSOR with satisfactory evidence that the Aircraft has been imported into Canada in accordance with applicable Law (including a certified copy of the Canada Customs B3 Form and all other necessary customs documents and evidence that any applicable import/customs duties have been paid).
POST-DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS. As soon as available but no later than ten (10) Business Days after the Delivery Date, Lessee will provide Lessor with each of the following:
(a) an authenticated copy of the certificate of registration issued by the register of aircraft of the State of Registration evidencing the registration of the Aircraft and noting, in accordance with applicable Law and the practices of the Registry, the interests of Lessor as lessor and owner and Lessee as operator of the Aircraft;
(b) an authenticated copy of the certificate of airworthiness for the Aircraft issued by the Aviation Authority;
(c) evidence confirming that all post Delivery requirements pursuant to this Article 6.3 have been completed as stipulated in Article 13.6;
(d) evidence, in form and substance satisfactory to Lessor, through an original copy of the corresponding importation petition (pedimento) or through the corresponding approval issued by the Customs Authority of the State of Registration, that all applicable import duties, fees or other Taxes, if any, payable upon the importation and/or customs clearance of the Aircraft into the State of Registration have been paid in full or that the same has been imported by Lessee under the temporary importation regime to which it is entitled in accordance with Article 106(v)(b) of the Customs Law; and
(e) copies of any other Aviation Documents not previously delivered and subject to any delay in delivery thereof caused by the Aviation Authority and not resulting from any act or omission of Lessee.
POST-DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS. Promptly following recordation of this Agreement and the Lease Supplement with the FAA, Lessee will, at its sole cost and expense, provide Lessor with an opinion from special FAA counsel, as to the proper registration of the Aircraft and the proper filing and recordation of the Agreement and Lease Supplement with the FAA, as further contemplated in Section 9.1 hereof, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lessor. Such opinion shall be addressed to Lessor and Lessee.
POST-DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS. 7.3.1 Within seven days after Delivery, if not previously provided, LESSEE will do each of the following:
(a) procure registration of the Aircraft in the register of aircraft of the State of Registration showing LESSOR as the owner and provide evidence of the same to LESSOR;
(b) provide LESSOR with copies of all Aviation Documents not previously delivered;
(c) if the Aircraft could not be registered at Delivery, provide LESSOR with a follow-up opinion of counsel advising that the Aircraft has been registered in the State of Registration and that all necessary filings have been made;
(d) if the Aircraft was not imported into at Delivery, provide LESSOR with a follow-up opinion advising that all import and customs formalities in have been complied with; and
(e) if the Cape Town Convention has been or is ratified or made applicable in and the interests of LESSOR in the Aircraft (including in the Engines), this Lease and the other Operative Documents have not already been registered in the International Registry, make or consent to all applicable registrations.
POST-DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS. 8.4.1 At or immediately following Delivery and with LESSEE's cooperation, LESSOR will, at its expense, procure registration of the Aircraft in the State of Registration and will have completed all necessary filings with the FAA.
POST-DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS. 7.3.1 As soon as reasonably practicable after Delivery but not later than thirty (30) days after arrival of the Aircraft in Panama, if not previously provided, LESSEE will do each of the following:
(a) procure registration of the Aircraft in the register of aircraft of the State of Registration showing LESSOR as the owner and provide evidence of the same to LESSOR;
(b) provide LESSOR with copies of all Aviation Documents not previously delivered; and
(c) if the Aircraft could not be registered at Delivery, provide LESSOR with a follow-up opinion of counsel advising that the Aircraft has been registered in the State of Registration and that all necessary filings have been made.
7.3.2 Within forty-five (45) days after Delivery, LESSEE will provide LESSOR with a Technical Evaluation Report for the Aircraft in the form and substance of Exhibit M, as revised.

Within fourteen (14) days after Delivery, if not previously provided, LESSOR will deliver to LESSEE (a) the Airframe Warranty Assignment duly executed by LESSOR and acknowledged by Manufacturer and (b) the Engine Warranty Assignment duly executed by LESSOR.
POST-DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS. (a) Within seven (7) days after Delivery or as soon thereafter as such documents become available, LESSEE and LESSOR will provide one another with copies of all Aviation Documents not previously delivered.
(b) Within three (3) Business Days after Delivery, LESSEE will provide LESSOR with copies of all UCC-1 financing statements required to be filed hereunder and, as soon as available thereafter, evidence that all such financing statements have been duly filed.
POST-DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS. 7.4.1 Within seven (7) days after Delivery, if not previously provided, LESSEE will provide LESSOR with a follow-up opinion of FAA counsel advising that the Aircraft has been registered in the State of Registration and that all necessary filings have been made with the FAA.
