Common use of Lessee acts at own risk Clause in Contracts

Lessee acts at own risk. Unless this Lease provides otherwise, whenever the Lessee is obligated or required by this Lease to do or omit to do any act or thing, the doing or the omission of the act or thing will be at the sole risk and expense of the Lessee.
