Lessor may remedy Lessee’s default. (a) If an Event of Default occurs or the Lessee otherwise fails to perform any of the Lessee's Obligations, the Lessor may without prejudice to the Lessor's rights arising from the Event of Default or the failure to perform, remedy that Event of Default or the failure to perform as if the Lessor was the Lessee, at the Lessee's cost. The Lessee must pay to the Lessor all liabilities incurred by the Lessor in remedying an Event of Default or failure to perform.
Lessor may remedy Lessee’s default. The Lessor may, without being under any obligation to do so, remedy any default or breach by the Lessee under this lease at the Lessee's cost.
Lessor may remedy Lessee’s default. The Lessor may remedy at any time without notice any default by the Lessee under this Lease and in such case all costs incurred by the Lessor shall be paid by the Lessee to the Lessor on demand.
