Common use of Lessee Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Lessee Indemnification. Lessee covenants and agrees not to do or suffer anything to be done by which persons or property in or about or adjacent to the Leased Premises may be injured, damaged, or endangered. Lessee hereby agrees to indemnify Lessor against and to hold Lessor harmless from any and all claims or demands for loss of or damage to property or for injury or death to any person from any cause whatsoever while in, upon, or about the Leased Premises during the term of this Lease Agreement or any extension thereof. Lessee shall, at Lessee's own expense, maintain any xxxxxxx'x compensation insurance or any other form of insurance required by law upon the employees or agents employed by Lessee and Lessor shall have no responsibility with respect thereto.
