LESSEE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR USE BY OTHERS. The Lessee shall be responsible for the use of the leasehold by all residents and visitors and anyone else using the leased land with the Lessee’s permission and shall make all such people aware of the restrictions on use set forth in this Lease.
