Common use of Lessee’s Agents Clause in Contracts

Lessee’s Agents. All subcontractors, laborers, materialmen, and suppliers retained directly by Lessee shall conduct their activities in and around the Project, the Premises, the Building or any contents thereof (including, without limitation Furniture) in a harmonious relationship with all other subcontractors, laborers, materialmen and suppliers at the Project and the Premises.

Lessee’s Agents. All subcontractors, laborers, materialmen, and suppliers retained directly by Lessee shall conduct their activities in and around the Project, the Premises, the Building 10 or any contents thereof (including, without limitation Furniture) in a harmonious relationship with all other subcontractors, laborers, materialmen and suppliers at the Project and the Premises.

Lessee’s Agents. All subcontractors, laborers, materialmenmaterial men, and suppliers retained directly by Lessee shall conduct their activities in and around the Project, the Premises, Building and the Building or any contents thereof (including, without limitation Furniture) Complex in a harmonious relationship with all other subcontractors, laborers, materialmen material men and suppliers at the Project Premises, Building and the PremisesBuilding Complex and, if necessary, Lessee shall employ union labor to achieve such harmonious relations.
